The purpose of these listings is for local activists to help people find alternative places to PP, not just for pregnancy, but for STD testing and treatment and other medical services that PP provides. See our home page. 

The PP location is current up to February 7, 2024; the PP page for North Dakota says there are currently no centers in North Dakota. The affiliate lists a Fargo/Moorhead center, though the official PP web page for the center only mentions Moorhead. The two cities are just across the state line from each other. 

We list Community Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, and other possible alternatives. These were found through web research, with occasional additions from local activists. Unless noted, they still need to be vetted by local activists as to quality and suitability. Here are action suggestions if they’re suitable or if they need improvement.

Affiliate: Planned Parenthood North Central States covers Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota

Both Check My Clinic and Americans United for Life Report “Unsafe” (page 68) report that Minnesota doesn’t inspect abortion facilities. (North Dakota doesn’t either, but the PP center is in Minnesota).
