The purpose of these listings is for local activists to help people find alternative places to PP, not just for pregnancy, but for STD testing and treatment and other medical services that PP provides. See our home page.
PP locations are current up to March 3, 2026; check PP’s Idaho page for updates on openings or closures. The one in Boise was closed in late May, 2022. The center in Twin Falls closed in December, 2024, and was replaced by a telehealth center.

We list Community Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, and other possible alternatives. These were found through web research, with occasional additions from local activists. Unless noted, they still need to be vetted by local activists as to quality and suitability. Here are action suggestions if they’re suitable or if they need improvement.
The Americans United for Life Report “Unsafe” (page 63) reports that Idaho doesn’t inspect abortion facilities.
