The purpose of these listings is for local activists to help people find alternative places to PP, not just for pregnancy, but for STD testing and treatment and other medical services that PP provides. See our home page.
PP locations are current up to September 10, 2026; check PP’s Montana page for updates on openings or closures. The Heights center in Billings has been closed since 12.28.21, but as long as PP still has a page for it indicating the closure is temporary, that’s how we list it.

We list Community Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, and other possible alternatives. These were found through web research, with occasional additions from local activists. Unless noted, they still need to be vetted by local activists as to quality and suitability. Here are action suggestions if they’re suitable or if they need improvement.
Americans United for Life Report “Unsafe” (page 70) reports that Minnesota doesn’t inspect abortion facilities. Googling says they’ll do an inspection to follow up on a complaint, and they might inspect places that take Medicaid.
