The purpose of these listings is for local activists to help people find alternative places to PP, not just for pregnancy, but for STD testing and treatment and other medical services that PP provides. See our home page.
PP locations are current up to March 3, 2026; check PP’s Delaware page for updates on openings or closures. The Seaford center looked like it had closed permanently by early 2025, but then its page re-appeared; since no hours are listed, we account it as temporarily closed.
Because there was testimony by former nurses at Planned Parenthood, the page Problems at Planned Parenthood – Delaware has a lot of useful material. Also on that page are details on a malpractice suit, health code violation documents, and several ambulance calls, patient reviews, and more.
We list Community Health Centers, Rural Health Clinics, and other possible alternatives. These were found through web research, with occasional additions from local activists. Unless noted, they still need to be vetted by local activists as to quality and suitability. Here are action suggestions if they’re suitable or if they need improvement.
